Order Assurance
At Laze, we take quality seriously. We check every order carefully before shipping to ensure quality. In the rare event that you receive a manufacturer’s defective item, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a return.
Replacement Policy
We replace defective items instead of offering refunds. If the item is out of stock and cannot be restocked within two weeks, a refund may be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Tags & Labels
Please keep all original tags, stickers, and labels attached. Returns may not be accepted if these are removed.
How to Return
To start a return, contact our courier partner or reach out to our support team via suport@laze.lk or WhatsApp channel. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will arrange your replacement as quickly as possible.
